About Dr. Tracy Siebers
Dr. Tracy Siebers is a licensed practitioner providing evidence-based treatments from a multicultural perspective integrating science with cultural identity, values, and lived experiences. She has a wealth of cross cultural experience having worked extensively with American Indian and Alaskan Native children, adults, families, and couples at the Hopi Behavioral Health Center. Having completed her degree in Arizona near the border of Mexico, she has extensive training in working with Hispanics and Mexicans and speaks Spanish fluently. Although she is a practicing Christian and provides Christian-based counseling, she is incredibly mindful of all religions, agnosticism, and atheism. She is Queer and Racial Justice Allied.

Dr. Siebers is intensively trained in DBT and disorders of emotion dysregulation and behavioral dyscontrol. She co-leads the DBT program with Dr. Hong and provides individual DBT treatment. Her treatments focus on DBT, CBT, mindfulness based and skills-building approaches to challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, control ineffective and difficult behaviors leading to a life worth living and relationships worth having. She specializes in cultural adjustment/marginalization issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and school issues, self-esteem, domestic violence, parenting (e.g., single parenting), trauma and PTSD, dual diagnosis, marital and premarital issues, and personality disorders.
